Fantastic work-life balance, with 1 extra company day given per month to recharge, but especially the right to unplug after 6pm in the evening, despite being an international company. What I love about this company is that, if you have a good idea, you can make it happen and come to life - whether you're an intern or a VP. There is room to grow in your career, and job opportunities. Management deeply cares for the folks on their team. The culture contributes to the hiring of amazing people - I hope they'll never lose that.
People are genuinely smart, sound and interesting, which makes work a much nicer environment. Never have I seen a company take such good care of their employees.
