Dropbox is a big enough company, but it has kept his soul and its spirit like when it was smaller, ant to me it makes for the best company to work for. The perks are top notch, honestly the best in the market to my knowledge - definitely better than Google or Facebook. Counterparts in the US are mindful of people in different timezones, and everyone has flexibility with their own schedule. Fantastic work-life balance, with 1 extra company day given per month to recharge, but especially the right to unplug after 6pm in the evening, despite being an international company. What I love about this company is that, if you have a good idea, you can make it happen and come to life - whether you're an intern or a VP. There is room to grow in your career, and job opportunities. Management deeply cares for the folks on their team. The culture contributes to the hiring of amazing people - I hope they'll never lose that. 
People are genuinely smart, sound and interesting, which makes work a much nicer environment. Never have I seen a company take such good care of their employees.
